JORYSI VIP PROGRAM:
Q. HOW MANY TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP DOES JORYSI VIP PROGRAM OFFER?
Currently, JORYSI VIP Program only offer three types of membership. First is Normal VIP, it’s available for all customer to apply. Second is Salon Pro VIP, its only available for salon owner, hair stylist, beautician, hair & beauty student and any salon related professionals to apply. Third is Barber Pro VIP, its only available for barber, barber owner and any barber related professionals to apply.
Q. WHERE CAN I APPLY JORYSI.MY JORYSI VIP PROGRAM?
For Normal VIP, you can only apply at JORYSI offline store. For Salon Pro and Barber Pro VIP, you can apply at both JORYSI online store and any of JORYSI offline store. After applying the VIP program, it will go through some verification process before the membership activated.
Q. ANY PHYSICAL PRIVILEGE CARD WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, all type of membership will come with a physical privilege card, and it will require you to collect in store or we will attach in your first order parcel.
Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MEMBERSHIP IN ONLINE STORE AND OFFLINE STORE?
There is no difference in terms of benefits. Both online and offline membership are same.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST MY CARD?
You may contact our Customer Support to report card lost. Please note that all points’ redemption and accumulation, privileges and benefits will be suspended. Your points balance will be automatically transferred to your new card upon replacement and activation.
Q. HOW DO I TRANSFER POINTS FROM MY LOST CARD TO MY NEW REPLACEMENT CARD?
After you reported card loss and complete the application process. Your points and details will be automatically transferred to the new card.
Q. HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBER DETAILS?
Log on to your online account via jorysi.my. Then, go to ‘My Account’ page and select ‘Edit’ at My Profile column. If you encounter problems with changing your data, please contact our Customer Support.
Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Log on to your online account via jorysi.my. Then, go to ‘My Account’ page and select ‘Edit’ at My Profile section. If you encounter problems with changing your data, please contact our Customer Support.
Q. WHAT IF I FORGET MY CARD PASSWORD?
Log on to your online account via jorysi.my. Then, go to ‘My Account’ page and select ‘change password’. If you encounter any problems, please contact our Customer Support.
Q. WHAT IF I FORGOT TO BRING MY CARD UPON PURCHASE AT JORYSI STORES?
Just provide your registered mobile phone number to our cashier to enjoy all member-exclusive benefits and accumulate bonus points. Redemption of points can only be made with your physical card present.
Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO ENJOY ALL MEMBER BENEFITS INSTANTLY UPON SIGN-UP?
Yes, you may start accumulating points and enjoy VIP privileges immediately via JORYSI online and offline store.
Q. HOW DO I REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY SURPRISE?
During the month of your birthday, you can enjoy one-time benefit on your first purchase that month. Birthday surprise will be required you to redeem at both JORYSI.MY online or offline store. For online store, kindly reach out our customer support for further assistance.
Q. DOES MY MEMBERSHIP HAS A VALIDITY PERIOD?
All type of membership has validity period, it 3 years.
Q. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MERGE THE POINT ACCUMULATED IN TWO JORYSI VIP CARDS OWNED SEPERATELY BY ME AND MY FRIEND?
The JORYSI.MY VIP Program is designated for individual use by the respective Card Member only. No merging or transfer of points from different JORYSI.MY VIP Cards is allowed.
Q. DO POINTS EXPIRE ON BOTH JORYSI ONLINE AND OFFLINE MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, the bonus points will only be expired till the validity period of your JORYSI VIP Program is over. (For example, if your membership started in 1st January 2020, it will valid till 31st January 2023, and All the point accumulation will valid till 31st January 2023 as well.)
Q. HOW DO I EARNS POINT?
You will get 1 J Point for every RM1 spent. You can fast-track your point’s accumulation by purchasing selected products with 5x or even 10x points multiplier.
Q. ARE POINTS GRANTED ACCORDING TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT SETTLED IN EACH PURCHASE OR THE AGGREGATED AMOUNT OF SEVERAL PURCHASES?
Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for points issuance is not allowed. For example, if you spend RM8.50 for a certain purchase (8 points earned), and after the transaction is settled, you spend RM8.50 for another purchase (8 points earned), the total points accrued from the two purchases should be 16 rather than 17.
Q. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE POINTS EARNED?
Currently, points can be redeemed in your next purchase at JORYSI.MY offline store at the conversion rate of 200 points = RM1. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.
Q. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I REDEEM WITH MY POINTS?
Currently, points accrued can be redeemed as cash equivalent of certain item in next purchase.
Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM POINT REDEMPTION?
Points must be redeemed in minimum blocks of 200 points = RM1 with no maximum limit.
Q. ARE THERE ANY PRIVACY PROTECTION MEASURES FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED ONLINE?
All personal data submitted will be kept highly confidential secured. Your contact information will be used by solely by Jorysi Hair & Beauty Supplies Sdn Bhd for promotional purposes only.
Q. DO YOU STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE CARD?
No, the JORYSI VIP Card does not store any information of the Card member.
Q. MAY I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH OTHERS FOR MEMBER BENEFITS?
We do not encourage sharing of your membership to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.
