Order Guide

STEP 1: 

Log in your account using your Username and Password. 

 

STEP 2: 

Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

 

STEP 3: 

Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Next” to proceed your order.

  1. Key in Coupon Code if necessary

 

STEP 4: 

You'll need to select your preferred delivery date and remark the delivery info if necessary. And click  “Checkout” button.

  1. Remark the delivery info if neccessary at the bottom right corner.

 

STEP 5: 

You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page, and click “next” button.

  1. Remark the order info if neccessary at the bottom right corner.

  2. If you wish to collect your order at Pgeon Point, you can select your preferred Pgeon Point and set it as your Shipping Address.

 

STEP 6: 

From here, you need to select your preferred shipping methods and click “next” button.

  1. Different Customer Group have diferent type of shipping options.

  2. The shipping option for Dropshipper included EasyParcel, GD Express, Pickup From Store, Own Consignment Note/Shipping Label.

  3. The shipping option for Salon PRO & Barber PRO included EasyParcel, GD Express, Pickup From Store.

 

STEP 7: 

Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button to proceed payment. Before this, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

  1. Currently, we only accept Bank TransferGrabPay and Maybank QR Pay and etc.

 

STEP 8: 

Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order. 

  1. Once the order has been placed, for General Customer, it will need to upload the receipt through PAYMENT NOTIFICATION; for dropshipper, it will need to upload the receipt through UPLOADER.

  2. For dropshupper, please note that If you have 5 customers, kindly place 5 different orders.)
