WARRANTY

JORYSI.MY warrants only to the original end user that the products and parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty periods. Warranty periods to be determined commencing upon the date of invoice to the end user.

NOTE : Warranty does not covers international purchase & dropship purchase.

 

WHAT MAY VOID THE WARRANTY?

The limited warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances:

  1. Unexpired items, improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damaged by negligence and accident by the end-user or third party (Courier Service, Logistic Provider and etc.); or
  2. Modification or repair by the end-user or any unauthorised service provider; or
  3. Failure to use only genuine parts approved by JORYSI.MY; or
  4. Failure by the end user to follow the Return Appointment Process set below.

If you are not satisfied with what you received? No worries! We offer a 7-days money back guarantee (from received date) for unsatisfied or defective product.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods/products should be in the good condition. And the goods/products packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as you received. If the goods/products have been used or under warrantry void circumstances, there will not be any refund.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

Please either contact our customer support to arrange your return or follow the steps as below. If you contact our customer support, we will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details, we will provide you with a all the necessary information to arrange the return. Please note that If the goods/products have been used or under warrantry void circumstances, there will not be any refund or replacement. Please package the item securely and ensure the all necessary documents are included inside. And any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, we will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once the the returned goods/products reach our warehouse, we will check with those documents together. All the goods/products should be in the good condition and the product packaging should also be in original condition. Once we have checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, we will either initiate a replacement or refund to you within 14 working days. However, the refund will be credited to your Personal account as store credit. The store credit can then be use on your next purchase.

 

1. Login to the Webstore, navigate to Profile, and choose My Order to view the order history.

 

2. Then, go to the Completed Order, and View the order for the product wish to request return.

 

3. Scroll to the most bottom part and click on the “Return” button.

 

4. Select the product, thus fill up the Quantity of product needed to be return, and provide the Reason for return request. Then, click “Submit” for the product return request.

 

5. Always go to My orders, and choose Product Return to check on the status.

 

WILL YOU RETURN MY POSTAGE COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We are happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our mistake. For instance:

  1. If we sent you the wrong item
  2. If the item is defective or damaged

However, we will not refund postage costs to return items which are unsatisfied. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a courier service that insures you for the value of the goods.
